Korin Gamadji Institute (KGI)

The Korin Gamadji Institute (KGI) is Richmond Football Club’s centre for Indigenous youth. It is a unique and innovative Indigenous centre, focused on leadership development, education and training, and career pathways for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

The institute is an integral part of the Richmond Football Club, and is located in the ME Bank Centre, at Punt Road Oval, Richmond, Victoria. It delivers a range of activity with its pathway partners, ensuring outcomes within a space that celebrates cultural pride and supports our next generation of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander leaders along their journey.

Through our partnership with Richmond Football Club, A.G. Coombs extends its support to KGI. We are set to be a presenting partner for one of four KGI Richmond Emerging Aboriginal Leadership (REAL) Programs; a four-day leadership program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students aged 13 to 16, during which time our employees will have the opportunity to get involved in the Program throughout the week.

More information on KGI can be found on the institute’s website.
