Coombs is providing Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning and mechanical services to 2 of the 4 Work Management Packages on the Project. Our works include the detailed design, coordination, installation, commissioning, and service and maintenance for new chiller and air handling plant, ducted air distribution system, multiple services to retail food and beverage outlets, an associated electrical upgrade and upgrade to the Building Management and Control System. These new and enhanced systems will ensure that the refurbished venue is properly air conditioned and ventilated to modern standards of comfort, safety and energy efficiency.

This work follows on from previous contracts for similar works at Melbourne Park in the development of Margaret Court Arena and the National Tennis Centre.
