A.G. Coombs Group Managing Director, Russell Telford hosted 70+ guests at the Melbourne Cricket Ground this week at our inaugural “A.G. Coombs Leadership Academy Event.”
 
The special event featured a Welcome to Country smoking ceremony on the MCG ground; an insightful panel discussion hosted by Tiffany Cherry with Shane Edwards, Owen Finegan, Liz Quinn and Wayne Schwass; and an inspiring keynote by Rohan Taylor, Head Coach of the Australian Dolphins swimming team, titled “Performance by Design.”
 
Taking people where they haven’t been before for the benefit of everybody, the Leadership Academy embodies the A.G. Coombs Group’s vision for the future and encapsulates its enduring core values, culture, leadership messages and “The A.G. Coombs Way.”
 
A.G. Coombs has evolved and reshaped its leadership programs whilst integrating initiatives into every aspect of the A.G. Coombs Groups’ high performance culture, including the development of its people.
 

Russell and the A.G. Coombs Executive Management team are champions for the concept that there are three pillars to leadership, being:
