The Facility Management Association (FMA) is hosting a lunch and presentation from the Collins Square team and FM team of the Premium Grade 171 Collins Street on Friday 2nd March.

Hear about how the Collins Square team are utilising the tri-generation system, a solar array, regenerative lifts and a detailed tuning program to meet and exceed their rating goals and deliver 6 Star NABERS performance of Tower Three.

Hear also from the facilities management team of the Premium Grade 171 Collins Street on how they achieved leading energy performance and delivered the first 6 Star NABERS Energy rating in Melbourne.

Brendan Sadler, Building Technologies Specialist at A.G. Coombs will talk about the building’s journey to a NABERS energy 6 Star rating and provide insights into building energy tuning and optimisation.
