321 Exhibition Street, Melbourne – a 20-storey A-Grade tower comprising 30,200 sqm of office space has achieved a 6 star NABERS base building rating without green power.
The building is Victoria’s first retrofitted high-rise to achieve the coveted rating.
Previously a NABERS 2.5 star building, A.G. Coombs is proud to have been involved in the building tuning, through our Building Energy Optimisation Program (BEOP), to help achieve the 6 star rating as well as the continuing servicing of mechanical and electrical equipment.
321 Exhibition Street joins 171 Collins Street, the first high rise buildings to achieve a 6 star NABERS rating without green power, also tuned through the BEOP program.
