A recent article in AIRAH’s Ecolibrium Magazine features Melbourne’s impressive 171 Collins Street project.

Developed by joint venture partners Charter Hall Office Trust (Charter Hall) and Cbus Property, and recipient of numerous Australian and international awards, 171 Collins Street is the first Premium Grade, 6 Star Green Star As-Built-rated office facility to be constructed in Melbourne, and features 31,500 square metres of high-quality commercial office space.

A.G. Coombs was responsible for installing, commissioning and tuning specialist HVAC and mechanical services to both the base building and BHP Billiton’s anchor tenancy.
